Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within1 business day

Shipments are not made during weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing any issues that would result in delays to your order we will communicate that information to you as soon as we can. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are dependent on your choice of provider, on average our deliveries are made within 3 business days. *We are not responsible for any disruption in service by couriers, but we will work to find a solution.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

If you provide a PO box in your shipping details we will ship your order by USPS or Canada Post to ensure delivery, as some couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. In addition, you can check the status of a shipment and your billing history on your Orders page.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Zipments is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Zipments is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team. We will re-ship your order at no extra charge.

International Shipping Policy

Zipments ships to Canada and the US only.

Returns Policy

While we will replace lost, damaged or misprinted labels we do not accept returns.
