PARS Search

  • Can Zipments track any PARS from any broker?
    Yes, there is no need for you to visit more than one website for PARS tracking. Zipments is a universal PARS tracker. Zipments is your only required link to the CBSA, we can search any PARS number.

  • I’ve entered my PARS number but there are no results, what's wrong?
    We’ve asked the CBSA for clearance information and received nothing back. This could mean the CBSA systems are momentarily down, but its more likely that the customs broker has not yet submitted your shipment to the CBSA. No worries, if your PARS is added to the list we’ll keep checking automatically.

  • Why do I have to wait several minutes for a PARS result?
    We can only provide instant tracking results for carriers who have signed up for our free Zipments RNS service. Are you the carrier? You can sign up for our RNS service here. Usually we receive a response from the CBSA within 5 minutes, but it can take up to 15 minutes. If its been over 15 minutes, there's a good chance that the CBSA does not yet have any information on that PARS number.

  • Why doesn't Zipments work for my PAPS numbers?
    We’re working on getting better coverage, our database is currently limited to a few providers for PAPS. If you’re a carrier and would like to see your PAPS results on Contact us

  • If I don’t log in will my searches be saved?
    Yes, if you are using the same device your previous searches will be saved.

RNS (Release Notification System)

  • What are the benefits to RNS?
    While is capable of sending a query to the CBSA on any PARS #, we have to wait for CBSA to send us a response. Signing up for RNS automates that process, meaning Zipments would be able to provide all your PARS data in real time, no need to wait. Additionally, your trade partners will now view all clearance information from one central location.

  • Does RNS cost anything?
    No, Zipments RNS is free.

  • I’m already set up RNS with a customs broker, can I still set up with Zipments? will it affect the customs broker?
    No, carriers can sign up for multiple RNS service providers. Your customs broker will still receive clearance data via RNS.


  • When will my labels be shipped?
    We process our shipments within 1 business day, on most occasions if you order in the morning we’ll ship it the same day.

  • How long will shipping take?
    Depending on the selected service, generally 1-5 business days.

  • Where can I get my tracking information?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also head over to Orders in your settings page to view your tracking information, order status and invoices.

  • I have a problem with my order, who can I contact for support?
    Go to Support on Zipments and fill out the form or email

  • Do you offer refunds?
    We issue refunds if we’ve made an error or your shipment goes missing, but otherwise we do not offer refunds for labels orders.

  • Where do you ship to?
    USA and Canada.
